TFCC - WD to Osterley Park (Approx 30 Miles)

TFCC - Traffic Free Cycling Club will this week ride to Osterley Park, start by joining the Grand Union Canal for approx. 10miles to the Fox Pub at Hanwell Locks. After a brief lunch we will continue our ride away from the canal through Elthorne Park, before crossing the railway line and following the path to the B454 road. As this road can be a bit hairy we use the pavement for half a mile, before crossing over into the back entrance of the park. We complete a loop of the park and before leaving we have a stop off for the 3 C's - Coffee, Cake and Chat in any order. Refuelled ready for the ride home, we take the path on the otherside of the park which takes us over the M4, before we head off road on a single track.
