About the route
After the morning ride from West Drayton to Spelthorne Leisure Centre, some of the cyclists will be off playing badminton 10 - 12.
For non badminton players there is the opportunity to join Nick for gentle ride down the Thames as far the Thames Court pub before turning back to meet up with the badminton players for the return journey to West Drayton.
