TFCC - NYD - Langley & Black Parks Approx 15 Miles

Starting from - TFCC - Traffic Free Cycling Club rides start from West Drayton Station, meeting at the bike racks. We use the network of Canal Tow Paths, Cycle Trails and paths to keep as off road as possible. This ride will be a gentle ride to Black Park, stopping for coffee at Langley Park, before completing a loop, exploration of different paths within Black Park. The route will involve the following Slough Arm of the Grand Union Canal Tow Path Through a couple of fields of cows to Langley Park Paths through Langley Park to the 1st refreshment stop Winding through the woods, look out for those pesky tree roots Cross the A412 into Black Park Meander around the Black Park Paths Lunch stop will be at a Local Pub Returning to Langley Park to enjoy the down hill of Avenue Drive Using the NCR 61 to enjoy the return back to WD NOTE - The plan is to be back before dark, but with punctures and other delays this might not always be possible. At this time of year hi vis, lights etc will be required. Oh yeah and expect a bit of mud thrown in too.
