TFCC - Langley Park & Stockers Lake - Approx 30 Miles

TFCC - Traffic Free Cycling Club rides all start from West Drayton Sation, near the bike racks. We predominently ride off road using canal tow paths, bridleways and other designated tracks. Today's ride will be in 2 parts, with the first going along the Slough Arm of the Grand Union Canal to Langley Park for leisurely walk around the park, starting at 11am. So prompt departure from the station is imperative. At midday, we will rejoin the main Grand Union Canal at the Malt Shovel, and head up towards Stockers Lake for the Grey Heron and Egret Watch, which is due to take place between 1pm - 4pm. So bring your binoculars. There will be opportunity for refreshment stops at Langley Park and Stockers Lake, with a possible visit to the Aquadrome.
