TFCC - Greenford & Hayes - Approx 30 Miles

TFCC - Traffic Free Cycling Club rides all start from West Drayton Station near the bike racks, we use the network of canal tow paths, cycle lanes, and woodland trails to keep us as off road as possible. Therefore these rides are not suitable for road bikes. The TFCC rides are to events, which can involve 1 - 2 hour stop, so it is recommended that you have the whole day free to enable all to enjoy the event as well as the cycling. Today's we have 2 events to attend, the Greenford Festival and Hayes Festival, so the route will be fairly long, but will also involve longish breaks. So would be fairly easy to complete hence I'm rating this ride as steady. The ride will start at 10ish as we usually chatting til at least quarter past and sometimes can be waiting around for people who are delayed. The expected return time is difficult to say on this one as it's a new route, and it does depend on how much fun we are having at the event itself, but I would roughly say 7pm. If you need to be back before this please let me know at the start of the ride, to enable me to make arrangements. We ride at the pace of the SLOWEST rider, at approx 8 - 10 mph.
