Starting from - Knowle House car park (near Liverpool Castle and opposite Rivington & Blackrod school) Rivington, Horwich.
There are no toilets at the start of the ride.
Please arrive 10/15 minutes early to allow for a bike safety check and route briefing.

If you have not previously joined a Horwich Ride Social ride then please request a participant form via email [email protected]. This needs to be completed and returned in advance of the ride.

Come and join us on this lovely route that takes us through parts of Rivington, joining the canal path at Chorley and back to Adlington for our cafe stop at Teapi.

The route is a mixture of trail, canal path and road. You will need a bike with off road tyres to cope with some of the terrain.

Please wear a helmet and be self sufficient with items to repair a puncture. Bring a snack, drink, lock and payment method for the cafe.
