This is a ride that will take us on canal tow paths, small roads and trails. You need to be confident to ride on roads and approach hills with a positive spirit!!

From Longford park, we will get to the canal in Stretford until Altrincham. We come out to follow roads to Dunham Massey and go across the picturesque bridge of the Swan with two nicks. From then on we will ride on small roads and there will be a few hills.

We will stop at the top of the hills to regroup and there will be no speed pressure. There will be regular stops for drinking but our main stop will be at Tatton for lunch.

Please wear a helmet, have with you an inner tube and a puncture repair kit. Bring water and money to buy food from the café or bring a sandwich.

We welcome newcomers and we do not leave people behind.
