Super Sprotbrough to Splendid Selby along the meandering trans Pennine trail

This is a lovely route with some great scenery.

It’s set as challenging purely for the distance. We will support you to complete the mileage and this is the ideal next step up from the40 milers.

Please bring a drink and wear comfortable clothing for the weather and a helmet.

You will need a spare inner tube and tools to mend a puncture, including pump.

Nobody will be left behind and the pace will be 12mph average.

The route follows the trans Pennine trail all the way into Selby

The surface is a mixture of canal tow paths, disused railways and quiet country lanes
