Want to get a ride in before the working day? This is a brisk non-stop spin along quiet streets and through parks, including The Croft, Roxbourne Park, Newton Farm Ecology Park, West Harrow Recreation Ground, Harrow Recreation Ground and Headstone Manor. We won't stop during the ride, but if you have time afterwards we can have a coffee or more at Daisy's. Bring water, a bike lock and card for the cafe if you want to stay. Just in case, I'd recommend lights and reflective clothing, especially if the weather is dull. Please arrive 5 minutes early so that we can do the bike checks and leave promptly at 7.15.

Helmets are a matter of personal choice. You need a fully-working bike. Before you come please check your bike's brakes, pump up the tyres and ensure the wheels spin freely. We are a friendly sociable group and all women are welcome.
