A lovely ride through quiet rural Bedfordshire
Rural roads and lanes
We’ll stop for a drink and a photo at around half way and a coffee and cake at the Coffee Cup cafe when we have finished the ride
You must wear a helmet. Please bring tools to fix a puncture including spare inner tube, tyre levers, pump and any tools needed to remove your wheel. You may want to bring a drink and a snack. A waterproof jacket is advised. Please do not ride if you have symptoms of COVID19, have been told to self isolate by NHS App or are living with someone who is shielding.
