The route will be chosen on the night but will be a route our regular local champs have regularly previously ridden, to include trails and local cycle paths as much as possible as well as quieter roads and possibly some main roads. There may be some inclines but we will catch our breath before we continue. On occasion the distance may increase to 15 miles route and will be weather dependent. Please ensure you have working lights as by the end of the ride these will need to be switched on. Please dress appropriately for the weather.

A mixture of trails and roads

We try to mix trails with roads which may be busy but you will be looked after by ride leaders.

We don’t stop at a cafe on evening rides but please bring a drink and a snack if you like.

Wear a helmet and bring a spare inner tube and lights
