About the route
A 30 mile road ride to St Albans on slightly undulating country lanes for ladies who can cycle at a pace of 10mph. We will stop for lunch in St Albans and then return to Stevenage.
It is advised that at the very least you bring with you a spare inner tube that will fit the tyres on your bike
