Starting at the Bike Library at GROWE we'll cycle through Newton Heath and Clayton to Falowfield Loop an attractive, largely traffic-free walking and cycling route which follows a former railway line. Coming off the Floop In Levenshulme we'll make our way through Burnage pass the Cringle Park and Heaton Moor Golf Club. In Disbury we'll stop in Fletcher Moss for a short walk around the Botanical Gardens. Here people can get a drink and use toilets before heading on. The journey back will take us along the river Mersey, through some of the Chorlton water park and along the newly installed cycling infrastructure of Chorlton-cum-Hardy. We will stop in one of the cafe in town for a snack/drink and tehen head back to the bike library along the Rochdale Canal.

Immerse yourself in the lush greenery of Manchester's cycleways. This is a fairly flat steady ride starting at GROWE Bike Library in Oldham and heading to the south of Manchester to Fletcher Moss.

Most of the route is on the designated cycle way and along the canal footpaths. We will be using cycling infrastracture through the south of Manchester and the city centre.

Stopping at Fletcher Moss for a drink, toilets and a walk around the Botanical Gardens. Toilets available at the start of the route.

Please, dress according to weather forcast, bring water to stay hydrated, a lock for your bike and cash/card for a cafe stop.
