We will be using quiet roads but mostly canal towpaths and bridleways.
We will stop whenever required for us to get our breath back and for a coffee/tea and cake break at the Mulberry Tree cafe.
Please bring whatever you need for your own comfort ie suitable clothing for the weather conditions and basic tools to repair a puncture.
We especially welcome newbies!
