No set route I will decide on the day depending on the weather and the abilities of the riders who turn up.

Approximately a ten mile ride using mostly tracks trails & towpaths where possible.

We will only use the quieter roads to join the traffic free sections.

A cafe stop will be made at roughly halfway.

A helmet should be worn and tools and spares to fix a puncture should be carried.

We especially welcome newbies!
