We will leave the carpark and make our way to the Erewash canal towpath and head north to join the Nutbrook trail. we then continue on the Nutbrook trail to Shipley Country Park where we will use one of the cafes for a break. We will leave the park and cross Heanor road onto Church street back down to the canal towpath for the return to Sandiacre.

This ride has only one short section of road the rest is on traffic free topaths and trails.

The only road setion is down hill on a fairly quiet road .

in Shipley Park we have a choice of three cafes and we will use whichever is most appropriate on the day.

please bring the equipment to repair a puncture and wear whatever you need to keep comfortable for the forcast weather conditions.
