This is a SPOKES SLOW to MEDIUM Pace ride, average speed 8 to 9 mph organised by SPOKES SW Herts Cycling Group
Join KATHERINE on a circular route all on roads to the Bakehouse cafe at Ashridge House. Out through Gadebridge, Potten End, Frithsden to the cafe in Ashridge House (bike lock required). Back through Little Heath and Bourne End
