Route rating

This ride should be suitable to cyclists who want to regain confidence and would like to discover the great network of routes in the borough of Ealing. We will travel along traffic free trails across parks, shared paths, quieter roads where possible and we will ride at the speed of the slowest rider. We hopefully will enjoy the changing colours of autumn and the smells of the Indian spices around Southall.

We will ride along traffic free trails across Parks, shared paths, quieter roads where possible, with only a few shorter stretches on busier roads. This is a relatively flat ride.

We will stop at the Southall Coffee House for refreshments, located within the new Green Quarter estate and part of the open Southall Community Hub.
