Starting from - Meeting at the entrance of Pinewood gardens, just off of Lockers Park Road. There is a small amount of free parking in the near by residential roads.
Please arrive 10minutes before the ride starting time, to undertake the group bike check and ride briefing.
Electric assisted bikes are welcome on this ride.

This is a gentle ride, approximately 5 miles along cycle paths and quiet roads. We will ride at an easy pace that is best suited to everyone in the group. This ride is designed to introduce you to the wonderful world of breeze rides with a few slight inclines.
We will ride at a gentle pace best suited to all riders to keep the group moving together.

Please remember to bring,
Two spare innertubes for your bike, even if you do not know how to change them, someone in the group will, as well as the appropriate tools (tyre levers and a spanner for your wheels if you do not have quick release.)
A water bottle with a drink in, riding can be very thirsty work.
Cycle helmet, for your own safety.
Appropriate clothing for the weather
As we will be riding on the road please consider adding lights to your bike and wearing high vis clothing to assist other road users to see you
