A circular ride from The Lampost Cafe (Burrs) to Helmshore via Edenfield and Irwell Vale with a few challenging hills. We will have a coffee at The Lampost at Burrs at the end, don't forget money for coffee!

Please ensure you have a spare inner tube in case of punctures, wearing a helmet is strongly advised.
