Mainly a rural route to Cretingham, via Westerfield, Henly, Hemmingstone and Helmingham returning to the Barn café Hasketon via Clopton & Grundisburgh. Refreshments stop and chat before returning the short ride to Ipswich via Bealings and Playford.
