Please join me for this challenging ride including the Ysbyty Fan hill climb (a beautiful climb over 10km with an average grade of 2.3% with a few cheeky ramps to contend with along the way) and the Crimea Pass - this is not for the faint-hearted!
Mixture of some A-roads and narrow country lanes.

This ride is weather dependent. We won't ride if there are strong winds (20mph+) or it is pouring with rain.

This ride is 'no frills' as there is NO café stop. We will have some roadside stops to have a drink/snack (bring your own).

Ideal for Breeze riders who want to challenge themselves and have fun! And those who are new to Breeze rides are very welcome. This ride is classified as ‘challenging’ because it has approx 900m ascent in 55km and includes the Ysbyty Fan hill climb and Crimea Pass, completing the ride at an average pace of approx. 20kph (12mph). Please be sure you are confident that you can keep to this pace before signing up. We ride up hills at our own pace and regroup at the top. We never leave anyone behind.

WHAT TO BRING:
A drink and snacks for the ride
Clothes suitable for the weather (bright / fluorescent clothes recommended)
A helmet
Repair kit and spare inner tube
Make sure your bike is in good working order with the tyres pumped up before arriving on the ride
Front and rear lights recommended
