.cross country enjoying the views, wildlife, coffee stops, and steady pace, usually around 10mph.
Its mostly cross country and OFF road, riding on trails paths bridleways and a few lanes but mainly dirt & gravel
we always have a couple of coffee stops at decent cafes.
wear helmets and appropriate riding gear, make sure you have some way to repair a flat and re inflate the tyre. bring water with you and have money and/or card for the cafe's.
we're not racers or thrill seekers, we enjoy the countryside, we'll always help if anyone breaks down, and we wont leave anyone behind :-)
