Lovely ride round the Staughtons. Pace 13 to 14.

Mixed roads and towns. Most quiet.

Stopping at Harbour view cafe at the end of the ride.

Please bring helmets and spare inner tube and some cash for refreshments and ensure that your bikes are road ready and tyres pumped to the correct pressure
