Fab ride round the staughtons. Pace 12 to 14 depending on the group dynamic.

Mixed roads mainly quiet.

Stopping at the harbour view cafe at the end.

Please bring helmets and spare inner tube. Cash for refreshments and ensure that your bikes are road ready and tyres pumped to the correct pressure.
