20 miles and a lovely stop at rectory farm cafe. Speed 12 to 13 average pace.

Quiet lanes and villages

Rectory cafe on route.

Please bring helmets and spare inner tube. Cash for refreshments and ensure that your bikes are road ready and tyres pumped to the correct pressure.
