Starting out at Sapley Fields we head over towards Wennington, then Upton before arriving at Holly Lodge for coffee and cake. Coming back we travel through Alconbury, then The Stukeleys before weaving along the local cycle paths to get back to Sapley. A nice steady ride. As a guide most of my rides are 12mph.

A pleasant 629ft leg stretch of 22 miles for those looking to get out and ride (Steady Pace - @12mph)

Mainly on quieter country roads but we will use busier roads to access the country side.

The delightful Holly Lodge at about the 1/2 way point

All Sassy Lassies ride with helmets and you will need the basic bike repair kit, inner tube, levers, pump, tools as well as cash/card for coffee.
