Sandtoft Airfield

Leaving Burton Upon Stather down the back road to Flixborough . Following the road down hill to Keadby Bridge where we go over the River Trent . We then have a steady flat ride out to Sandtoft Airfield where we will all visit the Happy Days Cafe and watch the planes and helicopters land and take off from the warmth of the cafe. Our return along the same route back to Burton Upon Stather will provide an up hill challenge to Flixbourough before we finish our ride at the car park Please arrive by 0945 for the M Check, remember your pump , spare inner tube and lights for this time of the year . All riders must wear helmets and appropriate clothing for riding at this time of year . Please use mud guards if you have any and consider high visibility clothing
