This Sandiacre Social Saunters ride is open for anyone to join

Organized by groups in the community, these rides are a great way to meet new people, explore your local area and to have fun riding your bike. You can find rides that are suitable for your level of experience and interests whilst enjoying being part of a social cycling community.

There will be no set route, we will decide what we will do and exactly where we will ride on the day depending who turns up, their abilities and the weather conditions.We always ride at a comfortable pace for the slowest rider so no one is left behind.

A steady ride of approximately 15-20 miles

We will use quiet roads trails and tow paths.

A cafe stop will be included where possible but everyone should bring a drink etc with them. We intend to do a nice flatish route to the Apple tree cafe in Ockbrook.

Please bring whatever you will need for your own comfort ie suitable clothing for the weather and basic tools to repair a puncture/ spare tube.
