Monton to Sale Water Park

Our route takes us through Salford Quays, past Old Trafford and onto Longford Park in Stretford before reaching the River Mersey which takes us to Sale Water Park. After our cafe stop we pick up the Bridgewater Canal which takes us back to the start point

This is a mainly traffic free route using dedicated cycle paths, trails and canal paths although there are short sections of connecting roads.

There'll be plenty of opportunities to stop along the way and we'll have a refreshment stop once we get to the water park

You must wear a helmet on this ride and carry a spare inner tube, tyre levers and a pump. Bring cash/card for refreshments
