Lower Car Park - Trafford Water Sports Centre, Sale Water Park, Rifle Road.

Our ride takes us from the Water Park to the Fallowfield loop and a short stretch of the Ashton Canal to the NCC then through Phillips Park to the MTB trails of Clayton Vale where you will be given choice of navigating the light blue accessable route or the slightly more testing dark blue route. http://www.nationalcyclingcentre.com/media/2873/mtbtrails.pdf After a short stretch of road we'll reach Daisy Nook Country Park, riding alongside Crime Lake to the cafe at the Visitor Centre. A short stretch of canal and road will take us to the Fallowfield loop and back to Sale.
