From the station onto the Lea nav all the way to the olympic park then passing Victoria park to Bethnal Grn. Past the kids V&A and other sites to Liverpool St Stn where you can catch a train back to Rye House or wherever

A nice social paced ride down the lea suitable for all bike types and riders

A mix of towpaths and urban back streets and cycleways

stops will be decided on the day (group size pace look of the stop etc etc)

Drinks and pocket snacks for on the bike, a puncture repair kit/spare tube (I or others will help if the worst happens) Money/card to buy me a beer
