Organized by groups in the community, these rides are a great way to meet new people, explore your local area and to have fun riding your bike. You can find rides that are suitable for your level of experience and interests whilst enjoying being part of a social cycling community.

The route will be arranged on the Wednesday evening, but will usually be a round trip of 20 to 25 miles. Please contact the ride leader Karl Dalton (RVCRC Chairman) if you need any information about the rides at [email protected]

The rides are generally aimed at riders who are comfortable riding 20 to 25 miles. The ride leader and route will be published on the RVCRC Website Calendar, Members Facebook or in a WhatsApp group. The rides avoid main roads, and generally explore the quieter lanes north of Preston.

There will be a mid-ride break, before returning to the Final Whistle.

Participants are advised to have lights for the rides in April and September. Bring some money for a mid-ride break!
