This is a shorter, easy-going ride, riding down to the riverside via Brentford, Syon Park and Isleworth. We cross the river at Richmond Bridge and continue on the riverside path, enjoying the views through Richmond and Ham. Then we cross back over the river on Hammertons Ferry (£2 per person plus £1 per bike) https://hammertonsferry.co.uk/ and reach our refreshment stop at the Stables Café by the Orleans Gallery in Twickenham https://www.goodapples.london/cafes/stables .

For our homeward ride, we will ride across Marble Hill Park, then cut through St Margaret’s to return to the river, and retrace our steps through Isleworth, Syon Park, and Brentford. We will make a short detour through Boston Manor Park, before returning to Ealing.
