As we are expecting a heat wave this weekend, with temperatures soaring to 13 degrees, we think it is appropriate that we celebrate the arrival of an early spring by visiting the Columbia Road Flower Market. We meet at the northern entrance to the Greenwich Foot Tunnel at 10am and cycle up to the Vew Tube, via a new route, which takes us up the eastern side of the Isle of Dogs and along the Lee River. You can also join this ride at the View Tube at 11am, if this is more convenient. We then cycle over to visit De Beauvoir Town and then go south to Columbia Road, where we can stop off for an hour to visit the famous Flower Market. We then return to the View Tube and then cycle back down the Regent's Canal to the Greenwich Foot Tunnel.
