Ride To The Valley (Ladies only)

Join Taz and Alison on this hybrid adventure to Cuerden Valley Park for a good brew and chat at the picturesque Cuerden View Café. This is a steady ride with a few challenging inclines at 825ft elevation so please make sure you are comfortable with this.

We head out of Rivington along lanes and roads to the canal towpath gradually making our way to Cuerden Valley Country Park. Here we will have the opportunity to enjoy fantastic views across the valley at the cafe stop. We will return thorough a different part of Cuerden country park , Carr Brook linear park and back onto the Leeds Liverpool towpath. We'll rejoin the road for the final section of the ride back up into Rivington.
There are a few inclines on this ride so please check that you are comfortable with the elevation.

Please ensure you have a spare inner tube and pump. Helmets are mandatory on this ride. Please bring some money for the café stop or bring your own snack and drink if you prefer. We will take photos for social media during the ride so please let the ride leaders know if you do not want to appear in any photos.
