Meet at the View Tube to cycle along the Greenway to Beckton and then on to Dagenham and Rainham. We will stop for coffee/refreshment at Rainham Hall, which has recently re-opened after extensive refurbishment works. We then cycle along the Ingrebourne Way and then come back to Stratford via the Harrow Lodge Park, the Chase nature reserve, Easbrookend Country Park and Wanstead Park.
