Join us at the View Tube to cycle down to Tower Hamlets and across to Barking where we visit Eastbury Manor House. There is free entry to the gardens & tearoom and if you'd like to look around the house then admission is £4 for adults but free for Barking and Dagenham residents and National Trust members. We then return via Wanstead Park to the View Tube. Ride details and the route are at http://goo.gl/7JA2Aj
