Starting from - We'll start from the car park at the north end of Hailey Park, accessed via Radyr Road. There is plenty of free parking there - but no toilets. Please arrive by 9.50am so we can make a prompt start, thank you. CF14 2FU

From Hailey Park we'll ride northwards up the Taff Trail via Pontypridd to Barry Sidings. We'll return on a similar route, with a detour via Nantgarw to go past the pottery.
The route is largely traffic free with a small amount of cycling on quiet or pedestrianised roads.
We'll stop at Barry Sidings cafe for refreshments.
Please bring a roadworthy bike, helmet & spare inner tube. Advise wearing/bringing plenty of warm and waterproof clothing... autumn has arrived!
