England and Normandy are on the verge of civil war as the sons of King Henry II make a grab for the throne.

Join local Historian Jim Butler on this cycle tour and discover the events surrounding the little known siege of Leicester in 1173 when Robert ‘Blanchemains', the 3rd Earl of Leicester, joined the princes in the bloody revolt against the king.

When you return to the city centre, Leicester Open Streets takes place from 1-4pm.

Children under the age of 16 must be wearing a helmet and be accompanied by an adult.

Unfortunately we are not able to loan bikes for this ride.
