Ride Leicester Leicestershire Historic Churches Trust Ride+Stride 2024

Join us on this cycle tour of some of Leicester and Leicestershire’s historical churches, with a ride that will coincide with the annual Leicestershire Historic Churches Trust Ride+Stride fundraiser!

Robin Stevenson from the Leicestershire Historic Churches Trust will be on hand to provide information and insight into the churches on the route, including some of the city’s ancient churches.

The ride will visit seven churches, some of which we will be able to look inside, and the route takes in the scenic Watermead Country Park and also the ruins of Leicester Abbey.

Participants will have the opportunity to make a voluntary donation to Leicestershire Historic Churches Trust’s Ride+Stride campaign, which raises funds to protect and restore churches across the county.

Children under 16 must wear a helmet and be accompanied by an adult.

Unfortunately we are not able to loan bikes for this ride.
