Starting from - We’ll meet by the bicycle racks outside M&S. For those driving over there is a car park by M&S and it is free after 6:30pm. Please don’t park in M&S car park. WD3 1BB

This week we will go to The Green Dragon at Flaunden
This will be a ride to a local pub to be decided each week and notified via the Conversation tab
We’ll be riding mostly on quiet B roads although we will have the occasional stretch on an A road.
We’ll stop at a pub halfway through the ride for a drink before returning home. We ate usually back by 8:30pm
Helmets are compulsory on my rides. Also please ensure you have lights and that they are fully charged. A pump and spare innertube are advisable.
