Ricky Thursdays: Aquadrome to Coy Car along the Canal

We'll start with a lap of the Aquadrome and then ride along the towpath to the Coy Carp at Harefield.

This week we''l be cycling completely off road along the Grand Union Canal rowpath

We'll start with a lap of the Aquadrom and then we'll cycle to the Coy Carp along the canal towpath. We'll stop for one drink and then cycle back again.

We'll stop at the Coy Carp for a drink before returning.

Helmets are compulstory on my rides. Please also ensure you bring lights. I do hope to be back before dark but best to be prepared.
