The first in a series of chilled Monday rides starting in Rhayader.
We will explore trails, country lanes, bridleways and forests - with a few hills (it is mid-Wales after all!) but nothing too technical.
Designed to encourage you back in the saddle to beat those winter blues - and ending up at the Lost Arc café for a well-deserved lunch or snack.
When you book, let me know what you feel comfortable with and I will tailor the rides accordingly. You don't need a flash mountain bike or gear - hybrid bikes or gravel bikes are fine (let me know if you have a gravel bike) and just dress warmly (layers recommended) with a waterproof outer coat if rain is forecast (quite likely!!!)
