Regent's Park Laps

THIS RIDE: a steady ride to Regent’s Park, to go on a few fast paced clockwise laps of the Inner and Outer Circles to burn some Holiday calories! You don’t need to go at the pace of the fastest (we will regroup at certain points of the route so you can’t get lost), but you do need to want to give it a good go – this is not a leisurely ride!

DESTINATION: After a few laps, we will stop at the Waterside Café in the park to refuel our energy and enjoy the lake’s view.

THE ROUTE: Quiet roads and cycle lanes along Maida Vale, St John’s Wood and Marylebone. We aim to be back at around 2pm.

If you find this ride fully booked, get in the waiting list as spaces always become available nearer the date. However, please do not sign up if you’re not sure you can join.


IMPORTANT POINTS: *Helmets aren't compulsory but advisable. *Check that your tyres are pumped and bring a spare inner tube and all necessary tools in case of a puncture. *If you can't make it for any reason, please cancel your space so someone else can join. *Only riders who booked themselves on the ride will be allowed to join. *Unless the weather takes a nasty turn making it unsafe or unpleasant to cycle, this ride will go ahead even if it rains. Dress for the weather and bring a rain coat just in case. *Please be advised that we video record some of our rides which are later published on YouTube. By joining them you are authorising your image to appear on the video.
