Starting from - We'll meet on Fidlas Avenue where it joins with Rhydypennau Close, near Rhydypennau Primary School, street parking available, it's also close to Heath railway stations.

After a stop there, approx 30 mins, we'll return to our start point.
Bring money/card if you wish to buy refreshments, water, a spare tube, and your helmet.
We will stop at the top of the bigger hills for a quick breather! We'll be riding mainly on quiet suburban roads and country lanes.
We never leave anyone behind :)
