Rapids to Ampfield

We will head along the cycle path to Lee Lane where we will continue along there to Hoe Lane and into North Baddesley. A short hill up to Body Farm and then an easy descent down Pound Lane and on to Ampfield Golf Club for our coffee stop. The return route is via Green Lane, Highwood Lane and Botley Road back to our starting point.

This is a predominantly flat ride most suited to ladies who haven't ridden their bikes for a while and who are looking to join a ride and meet new likeminded ladies over a coffee and chat.

Part of the route is along cycle paths, the rest is using quiet roads where we practise riding safely as a group.

You will need a roadworthy bike and a helmet. Please check your tyres are properly inflated and bring puncture repair kit with you. You should also have a bike lock to use at the coffee stop, where you can pay either with cash or a bank card.

This is designed as a gentle paced ride and all ladies are very welcome to come along and see what a Breeze ride is all about.
