Join us on this mini adventure using bridleways, cycle ways and old railway lines which form a circular route in our local area through Chew Moor, Howe Bridge and further out to Walkden where we will have a café stop about half way. Once we’ve had a rest and refuelled we will continue on our circular route and make our way back via Bolton.

We will be cycling on a mixture of gravel paths, muddy trails and tarmac so the ride is best suited to gravel bikes, hard tail MTB or hybrid with wide OFF ROAD tyres only to ensure comfort and safety. There are also some sections of connecting roads to cycle on which can be busy, so confidence on the road is required.

Please dress for the weather and ensure you have adequate clothing, tools/supplies for your own bike and a snack/refreshments for the ride.

E-bikes are welcome but you must be able to lift your own bike onto the back wheel to get through a few kissing gates / tight swing gates.

Any questions/concerns, please either email: [email protected] or message the ride creator on let’s ride and NOT the Ride itself.
