Penwortham to Myerscough loop

This ride was created by Michael Holt. We meet at Holme Road at its junction with the A59. the ride sets off along part of the guildwheel befgore meandering around country lanes, via Broughton, Inglewhite and Bilsborrow to the cafe stop destination of Myerscough College we will then return visiting the villages of Innskip and Catforth until back into Preston and the start finish point at Holme Road. We'll ride at a steady pace of 10 - 14 mph on this ride and we'll keep our pace at a level so that we can all stay together. Remember, this is not a race, but a leisurely ride at a pace to suit the slowest in the group! Please check your bike over the night before the ride, tyres inflated, all bolts tight, lubricated. Clothing, helmet & lights checked and ready. Please ensure you have a pump and a couple of spare tubes in case of punctures and a GOOD SECURE LOCK. It would be great to have some new & some familiar faces on this ride, you're all welcome & I look forward to riding with you. Please arrive at least 15 mins before the ride start time (09.45), So that we are able to get away at the stated start time (10.05)
