Pennington in a flash

This is a varied route that will take us to Pennington Flash where we can have food and drinks at the café or you can bring snacks.
We will start going through Salford until we get to Leigh. You need to be confident riding in traffic.

You need to be aware that this is a long ride and you need to be fit enough to cycle this distance. All being well, it will take us a good 6 hours, so make sure this is OK for you. There is no difficulties apart from a few bumpy parts on the canal towpath and the ride is mainly flat. It is a mixture of roads, towpath and trails.

We will go to a comfortable pace but you need to be confident on the road.

Please bring your repair kit, inner tubes, water and money. You must wear a helmet
